Welcome to Focused CSE Reviewer, an educational application dedicated to providing review materials, practice questions, and guidance for the Philippine Civil Service Exam (CSE). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Focused CSE Reviewer application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Usage. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

Focused CSE Reviewer provides review materials, quizzes, and educational assistance designed to help users prepare for the Civil Service Exam. The free version of the App is supported by advertisements from third-party networks. Our services are for educational and supplemental purposes only and do not guarantee a passing score or any official exam results.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor, to use the App. By using Focused CSE Reviewer, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and Data

To access certain features, such as the Journey Board and to back up your progress, you are required to sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account access to others.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any form of academic dishonesty, including cheating or plagiarism.

• Post or share offensive, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content on the Journey Board.

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the App's servers and software.

• Attempt to block, disable, or otherwise interfere with the advertisements displayed in the App.

• Use any method to fraudulently obtain or extend "Pro Access" without authorization.

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials within the App, including but not limited to questions, explanations, guides, software, and the design, are the property of Focused CSE Reviewer. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Copying, distributing, or using any of the App's materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Pro Access

The App may offer a free version and a "Pro" version with enhanced features, such as an ad-free experience. "Pro Access" is a temporary status that is valid for a specific duration. It may be obtained through various methods offered within the App, such as through an in-app purchase or by participating in promotional activities. All transactions related to obtaining Pro Access are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Focused CSE Reviewer makes no guarantee of success in the Civil Service Exam. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all materials are error-free, complete, or always up-to-date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Focused CSE Reviewer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content.

• Interactions with other users, particularly on the Journey Board.

• The use of third-party services, such as Google Sign-In and our ad providers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in prohibited conduct.

11. Changes to Terms

Focused CSE Reviewer may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our associated pages. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
